What Jobs360 holds about you, why we hold it, how long for, and how to get it removed.
Last updated: 26 October 2026
The short version
- We never sell your details, and we never pass them to anyone for marketing.
- We never text or ring you to sell you anything.
- There are no tracking cookies on this site. None at all.
- We keep nothing at all about people looking for work unless they ask us to.
- If your phone number is on a job here and you want it gone, email info@jobs360.co.uk and we will take it down. You do not have to explain why.
Who runs Jobs360
Jobs360 is run by Tariq Rahman as an individual, not a company. For anything on this page, including asking for your details to be removed, email info@jobs360.co.uk, or write to us at:

If you post a job
We keep the business name, the location or postcode you gave, your phone number, the job details you typed, and whether you agreed to us adding a photo of your place.
Your number is shown on the advert, behind a tap, so people can ring or WhatsApp you directly. That is the whole point of the site. If you would rather it was not, tick Hide my number when you post and we will take call-back requests for you instead.
We hold this because you asked us to put your job on the site. If you want it taken down, email us and it goes.
If you sign up for job alerts
We keep the kinds of work you are after, the area you chose, how far you are willing to travel, and what your browser needs to send notifications to your phone. We do not ask for your phone number. Alerts arrive as notifications, not texts, so there is nothing for us to ring or message.
We use it for one thing: telling you when a job near you is posted. Employers never see it. We hold it because you asked for alerts, and you can stop them at any time - which deletes the lot.
If you ask an employer to ring you
When an employer has hidden their number, you can leave your name and number so they can ring you back. That employer is shown your name and number - that is what you are asking for when you send it. Nobody else sees it, it is used for nothing else, and it is deleted along with the job.
Jobs we find in public Facebook groups
Some adverts here were not posted by the employer. They come from jobs posted publicly in Facebook groups about restaurant work, which we read and tidy up into a listing. If that is how your job got here, you did not give us anything and we were never in touch - so this part matters most.
What we take is what was in the post: the job, the place, and the phone number the poster put there for people to ring. We do not take anything from private groups, private messages, or profiles. We do not collect names, friend lists or anything else about whoever posted.
We do this because a job posted publicly is meant to be seen by people looking for work, and most of those people never see it in a group they are not in. If you disagree, that is enough on its own:
Email info@jobs360.co.uk with the number or a link to the advert and we will take it down. No reason needed, and we will not ask for one.
If a post turns out to be somebody looking for work rather than offering it, we keep nothing from it at all - not the post, not the number, nothing. If you want alerts, you sign up yourself.
What we count
We keep a daily tally of how many people used the site, roughly which town, and what kind of device, and how often each job is shared and opened from a shared link. Counts only, with no name, no profile and no IP address stored.
There are no cookies on this site. No tracking, no advertising, no third-party analytics. Your language, light or dark mode and your saved jobs are kept in your own browser and never sent to us.
How long we keep things
- A job advert stays while the job is open, and goes when it is filled or taken down.
- The original text of a post we found on Facebook is deleted after 90 days, along with the link to it. We keep a record of what happened with nothing personal left in it, so we can see how well the site is working.
- Job alerts stay until you cancel them, then go.
- Call-back requests are deleted with the job they belong to.
- Daily visitor counts are kept as numbers, with nothing personal in them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it at all. Email info@jobs360.co.uk and we will deal with it within a month, usually a lot sooner. It is free.
If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. You can go to them directly - you do not have to come to us first.
Where it is kept
Everything is stored in Ireland, on servers run by our hosting and database providers. The site itself is served from whichever data centre is nearest you, so pages are built around the world even though your details only ever live in one place. Job adverts are tidied up and translated automatically, which reads the job text and nothing else.
Changes
If we change how any of this works we will change this page and the date at the top.
